Governance, Security & Service Terms
This page provides an overview of how Fiber Nexus delivers services, manages information security, defines client and provider responsibilities, and explains how engagements are structured.
1. Business Model & Engagement Approach
Fiber Nexus operates as a service-based technology and infrastructure provider delivering professional IT, cloud, DevOps, automation, and engineering services.
Our business model is based on:
- Direct communication and engagement with clients
- Project-based or ongoing service arrangements
- Remote and offshore delivery using dedicated or shared resources
- Clearly defined scope, responsibilities, and terms before work begins
We do not sell automated services or self-service subscriptions through this website. All engagements begin through direct communication and mutual agreement.

Fiber Nexus operates using a distributed and offshore delivery model that allows clients to access skilled technical resources at optimized operational cost.
Key principles of this model include:
- Work performed by qualified engineers and specialists
- Remote delivery supported by secure tools and communication

- Flexible engagement structures depending on project needs
This model allows clients to reduce operational cost while maintaining professional service quality.

The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement.
4. Pricing, Payments & Resource Allocation
Pricing depends on the nature of work, technical complexity, duration, and required expertise.
General principles:
- Pricing and payment terms are agreed before work begins
- Some engagements may require advance or milestone-based payments
- Certain projects require allocation or hiring of specialized personnel
- Costs may change if scope, staffing, or requirements change
- Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed or not received
Fiber Nexus does not commit to fixed pricing unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Services, Licenses & Provider Accounts
Many projects depend on third-party platforms, services, or providers such as cloud vendors, software vendors, telecom operators, or external APIs.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Client is responsible for owning and managing third-party accounts
- Client is responsible for all payments related to third-party services
- Client must pay third-party vendor invoices directly through legal and authorized channels
- Fiber Nexus does not collect, hold, or pay third-party billing accounts on behalf of clients
- Fiber Nexus does not collect or resell third-party subscriptions
Fiber Nexus is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages or service disruptions

- Actions or failures caused by third-party services
Access to third-party systems is used strictly for service delivery purposes and handled securely.
6. Information Security & Access Control
Fiber Nexus applies reasonable security practices appropriate to scope of work. Security measures may include access control enforcement, encrypted communications, system hardening, monitoring, logging, and least-privilege access principles, applied according to service scope and operational needs.
These include:
- Granting access only when required for service delivery
- Applying least-privilege access principles
- Secure handling of credentials and access data
- Revoking access after project completion or termination
- Using secure communication methods where applicable
- Monitoring and logging access where appropriate
Incident Response and Notification
In the event of a security incident affecting client systems or data, FiberNexus follows internal procedures to investigate, contain, and mitigate the impact. Where appropriate, affected clients will be notified with relevant details and recommended next steps.

Service-related information, logs, and operational data are retained only as needed to support service delivery, security monitoring, and contractual obligations. After service completion or termination, relevant data is removed or made inaccessible within a reasonable operational timeframe unless continued retention is required for security, audit, or legal purposes.
Fiber Nexus does not sell, trade, or misuse client data.
